Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Spear It Animal! We’re a small, independent team and we stand by the quality of our gear. That said, we know things don’t always go as planned — here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
1. Physical Merchandise
We accept returns on unworn, unused, and unwashed physical products within 14 days of delivery.

Apparel showing signs of wear, washing, or use

To initiate a return, email us at support@spearitanimals.com with your order number and a brief description or photo of the issue.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
We do not refund original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
3. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Reach out within 14 days and we’ll do our best to exchange your item, depending on available inventory.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to a fulfillment mistake on our end.
4. Digital Products
All digital products (e.g., downloads, desktop images, PDFs) are final sale and non-refundable. If you experience an issue accessing a file, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider to file a claim if needed.
